Refund policy
As our bespoke pieces are made to order and most cases, customized and one-off nature, we are unable to accept returns and do not issue refunds on any pieces purchased from our store.
We really hope that you love your jewelry pieces as much as we do. But please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If there is any issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can help. Our customer's happiness is our number one priority, and we have a no quibble policy on replacements and refunds if there any problems with a piece.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
